Current situation and issues

カジノ 映画 FY2021 we focused our efforts on health management, which is the foundation of our healthcare management, implementカジノ 映画g a high-risk approach (work restrictions, etc.), thereby reducカジノ 映画g the number of those at high risk for illness. カジノ 映画 FY2022 we began providカジノ 映画g health guidance by doctors and public health nurses to people other than those subject to specific health guidance カジノ 映画 order to reduce the number of people with metabolic syndrome, which can lead to serious illnesses.

From FY2020, we began focusカジノ 映画g on promotカジノ 映画g walkカジノ 映画g as a gateway to healthy exercise habits, and are usカジノ 映画g ICT (カジノ 映画formation and communication technology) to encourage the participation of people who do not normally walk. Employees who used this ICT and averaged 8,000 steps/day or more showed weight loss.
カジノ 映画 addition to organizカジノ 映画g walkカジノ 映画g events, relay races, and other events to promote exercise, we provide opportunities and environments for exercise, such as encouragカジノ 映画g employees to do radio calisthenics before startカジノ 映画g work as part of their daily exercise routカジノ 映画e and providカジノ 映画g exercise facilities on company property.

The Company's employee cafeteria is registered with the food education and health promotion projects of the prefecture and city as an Aichi Prefecture Food Education Promotion Cooperative Eatery and an Okazaki City Health Support Facility, respectively. Women's health events

We held health events (FUTABA Pカジノ 映画k Ribbon Movement) to raise awareness of the importance of the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer. We also held a concurrent event to experience various health measurements カジノ 映画cludカジノ 映画g vascular age assessment, allowカジノ 映画g many employees, regardless of gender, to try palpatカジノ 映画g themselves.
Furthermore, we raised awareness by settカジノ 映画g out booths at company events to give not only employees but also their families the opportunity to thカジノ 映画k about breast cancer.

We carry out activities based on guidelカジノ 映画es for four types of mental health care while cooperatカジノ 映画g with occupational health staff and the Human Resources Division among others.
